Yesterday is history. Tomorrow is mystery.
(昔日已渺為雲煙，而明日終究是團謎雲)
Today is a gift.
(萬里無雲的此時此刻便是今日所賜予的瑰寶)
That's why it's called the present!!
(這就是為何它叫做「當下」！)
後記：
英文的「活在當下」，可以用Seize the moment 或是Seize the days（還蠻直覺的）
也有人說Make each day count（這句話可能要稍微轉一下）
更簡短、更鏗鏘有力則直接說Be present!
每次想到活在當下，我就會想起一個拉丁字Carpe Diem，意思近於「及時行樂」之意！
